Each of our offices plays an important role in our global network and helps us to provide first-class services to our clients worldwide.

Your start with us is carefully planned so that you feel well looked after and informed right from the start. Before your first day at work, our HR team will contact you and provide you with all the important information. You will find out when and where you need to be on your first day at work and what documents you may need to bring with you.

A comprehensive induction program awaits you on your first day at work. HR will answer all your administrative questions and ensure that you receive all the necessary information and documents. To make it easier for you to get started, we will also organize a round of introductions by the various departments. Here you will get to know your new colleagues and gain an insight into the different areas of work in our company. Depending on the department, cross-trainings may also take place, where you will be given exclusive insights into other departments in the form of two-hour “mini-internships”.

In addition, there will be a personal meeting with our management, who will welcome you again in person to get to know you.

You will also take part in industry-specific training courses that will provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to work at the airport. These training courses are specially tailored to the requirements of the aviation industry and will help you to quickly find your feet in your new environment.
